Yes, I Sharpen Scissors Too
Kitchen scissors, household scissors, sewing scissors, and everyday utility scissors are all welcome. If it’s meant to cut and has gone dull over time, there’s a good chance I can bring it back to life.
Most people replace scissors long before they need to. A proper sharpening makes a bigger difference than folks expect.
Same care. Same pricing. Same free return shipping.

Shipping Tip
Don’t have 8 items on your own?
No problem. Team up with neighbors, friends, coworkers, or family. Share a box, split the shipping, and keep the cost down. The more that fit in one box, the less it costs per item to send them to me.
Why I Do It This Way
I’m a small-town, owner-operator sharpener and a retired chef. I spent most of my working life behind a stove, and I know firsthand how important sharp tools are. Knives and scissors that work properly make cooking safer, easier, and more enjoyable. Sharp tools should be a basic kitchen and household essential, not a luxury.
The 8-item minimum helps me work efficiently and keep pricing realistic without cutting corners on quality. Encouraging shared shipments keeps shipping costs down, reduces waste, and fits the way small communities have always done things. We look out for each other.
This isn’t a factory operation. Every knife and scissor is sharpened by me, one at a time, with care and attention. Fair pricing, honest work, and FREE return shipping. That’s it.
Next Good Steps
1. Gather your items
Round up knives and scissors from your kitchen, garage, sewing kit, or garden shed.
2. Short of 8 items? Share a box
Neighbors, friends, coworkers, and family are welcome to combine items and split the shipping cost.
3. Pack safely
Wrap blades and scissors securely in cardboard, paper, or towels so nothing shifts in transit.
4. Ship them my way
I recommend using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes. They’re reliable, trackable, and include insurance.
5. I sharpen and send an invoice. Once sharpening is complete, I will email you an electronic invoice for payment.
6. I ship them back FREE!
After payment, your freshly sharpened tools are sent back to you at NO CHARGE. Turnaround time is 48 hours or less.
